This sounds to me a lot like Nestlé explaining why they should be able to charge people in third-world countries for clean drinking water.

Other universally acknowledged basic human rights that typically require the labour of others include 
- Food and shelter
- Education
- Social security.

If the person who made this image wasn't from Nestlé, I can't even imagine what they were thinking of.
